Refund & Returns Policy

1. 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Distance Selling Directive (Directive 2011/83/EU), you have the legal right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days from the date of purchase without having to give any reason.

2. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for return, the product must be:

  • In its original, unopened packaging
  • Unused and in resellable condition
  • Returned within 14 calendar days of purchase

Note: For food supplements, once packaging has been opened, the product is considered unsafe for resale and cannot be returned for refund. This is a legal requirement under food safety regulations.

3. How to Return a Product

Step 1: Contact us with your order number at info@glowssbrightul.world or +44 20 7946 0958 to initiate a return.

Step 2: We will provide you with return shipping instructions and a return address.

Step 3: Ship the product back to us in its original packaging using your preferred courier.

Step 4: We will inspect the returned product upon receipt. If it meets the conditions above, we will process your refund.

4. Refund Processing

Once we receive and verify your return, we will process your refund within 5-10 working days. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method or bank account. Please note that if you paid by card at delivery, the refund may take 3-5 business days to appear on your statement.

5. Return Shipping Costs

Return postage is at your expense unless the return is due to:

  • Our error (wrong product sent)
  • A faulty or damaged product upon arrival
  • Product not as described

In these cases, we will reimburse your return shipping costs up to £10.

6. Cancellation Before Delivery

If you wish to cancel your order before it has been dispatched, please contact us immediately. Once your order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and you may only return it under the 14-day return policy outlined above.

7. Refusal of Delivery

If you refuse to accept delivery of your package, you may return it for a full refund. However, you will be responsible for the original delivery charges if you subsequently refuse the goods for reasons other than our error or product defect.

8. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Opened or partially used products
  • Products without original packaging
  • Products returned after 14 days
  • Products showing signs of use or damage

9. Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of receipt with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
